as listed in the Draft Environmental Impact Study 

 

Class1, Significant and Unavoidable:  An impact that cannot be reduced to below the threshold level given reasonable available and feasible mitigation measures.  Such an impact requires a Statement of Overriding Considerations to be issued if the project is approved per 15093 of the State CEQA Guidelines.

1.  AESTHETICS

Impact AES-1 Impact to scenic roadways and public viewsheds

Impact AES-2 Change in visual character

-impact significant and unavoidable

2.  AGRICULTURE

Impact AG-1 conversion of 620 ares of “important farmland”. Loss of agricultural lands

3.  AGRICULTURAL RESOURCES

Impact CR-2  Demolition of potentially historic resources

-impact significant and unavoidable

4.  LAND USE AND PLANNING

Impact LU-1  Inconsistent with General Plan relating to agriculture and community design

5.  NOISE

Impact N-3  Expose existing residential, recreational, commercial, and industrial receptors to increases in traffic noise

6.  TRAFFIC AND CIRCULATION

Impact T-3 Result in levels of service below C and at six on ramps. Freeway will operate at unacceptable levels of service
